Information handled by the site
Mystic Atlas is a static publication. It does not currently provide user accounts, comments, personal chart storage, newsletters, payment forms, or a server-side contact form. Archive and command-palette searches run in the visitor’s browser against a public search index.
Hosting and security logs
Cloudflare delivers the site and may process standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, security events, and cache activity according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
When enabled for the production domain, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate information such as page views, referrers, countries, browsers, and performance signals. It is used to understand site reach and technical quality rather than to build personal visitor profiles.
Google Analytics and click measurement
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only when a valid measurement ID is configured. Its script loads only after a visitor accepts analytics. Accepted analytics may record page views and interactions such as navigation, article, related-content, search-result, language, and horoscope-selection events. Mystic Atlas does not send archive search phrases, article text, horoscope text, names, email addresses, or private chart data as analytics event fields. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services in its partner-sites notice.
Your analytics choice
The analytics preference is stored in the visitor’s browser under mystic-atlas-analytics-consent. Visitors can accept, reject, or reopen Analytics preferences from the footer. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to any article or feature.
Cookies, consent, and advertising
The current build does not enable Google AdSense unless a valid publisher configuration is supplied during deployment. Analytics consent is separate from advertising consent. Before personalized or non-personalized ads are served where consent is required, the site will use a Google-certified consent management platform and update this policy with the relevant partners and purposes.
External links
Articles may mention books, authors, institutions, or external resources. A destination site may collect information under its own privacy policy. Mystic Atlas does not control those practices.
